Check your CSV before a CRM import.
A free, private first-pass check of CSV headers, inconsistent column counts, blank emails, likely malformed email formats, and repeated email addresses.
Run a local CSV check
Requires a header row. Handles standard quoted fields and quoted line breaks. Does not support XLS/XLSX, semicolon-separated files, encodings other than UTF-8, or multi-file joins.
No file has been checked.

The optional report contains only CSV record numbers, issue codes and column numbers. Header is record 1; blank records are skipped. It is generated on this device, not uploaded.
What this does—and does not do
- Counts mismatched column widths and duplicate or blank header labels.
- Looks for a column named email, e-mail, email_address, or contact_email. Checks simple formatting and repeats of non-empty email addresses, ignoring letter case.
- Does not prove addresses work, verify phone numbers, detect fuzzy name duplicates, validate consent, decide which conflicting person is correct, or clean your file automatically.
- Rows with the wrong number of columns are counted separately and excluded from email checks. All records remain unchanged.
Need a cleaned, import-ready CSV?
We offer a separately scoped, one-off data cleaning service with an exception report. Copy the non-sensitive summary above and paste it into a private quote request along with your desired columns and deadline. Do not send actual customer rows, passwords, or sensitive personal data in the inquiry.

Our brief English-language quote form sends scope details to the existing private support system. Save both retrieval codes; email notifications are not available. No public price or payment link applies until scope and legal data handling are agreed in writing. AI-assisted processing may be used; request restrictions before any work starts.
